The following templates, forms, and sample documents are intended for use by capstone design instructors as they have been developed in conjuction with other instructors in previous semesters.

- Deliverables Agreement Form (DOC) - for team and sponsor to sign
- Project Report Template (DOCX or DOC)- includes templates for all of the following:
- Proposal/Statement of Work (e.g., problem statement, needs, patent search, concepts, etc.)
- Progress/Detailed Specification Report (e.g., system-level design, analyses, CAD models, etc.)
- Final Project Report (e.g., prototyping, manufacturing, assembly, testing, etc.)
