Idea generation to develop a creative vibration absorber to prevent vibro-fatigue failure in electric trucks

This project will be carried out in the 4 phases: - Phase 1: Gathering information on “Vibro-fatigue in a vehicle” - Phase 2: Learn tools for CAD/CAE such as ANSA and NASTRAN - Phase 3: Generate ideas to develop a vibration absorber through DMAIC process Step - Activity Define- Define the problem: vibro-fatigue problem of electric batteries in a vehicle; Measure- Quantify the problem using a process diagram; Analysis- Identify the cause for the problem; Improve- Generate ideas through 3 iterations: 1) gathering information, 2) Evaluate the ideas using CAE Control- Maintain the gains using quality parameters of the selected idea - Phase 4: Make a report for presentation
